Our passionate and talented kitchen team have developed a menu of tempting small plates and signature mains, with a focus on sourcing the best of local and seasonal ingredients. Behind the bar, you’ll find an extensive drinks menu, featuring unique speciality cocktails, along with a curated selection of quality whiskeys, spirits and wines. 

Hilliard’s is located on Main Street, Killarney, adjoining our sister venue, J.M. Reidy’s. Popular for both private and corporate events, Hilliard’s has been recognised with several accolades since opening in 2022 — including All-Ireland Best Cocktail Experience 2022 and Best Chef in Kerry 2023 by the Irish Restaurants Association.
